Website redesign for a leader in C-PACE lending
PACE Loan Group (PLG) is a Minnesota-based commercial real estate business lender, specializing in a state-by-state financing tool called Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE). We enhanced their website experience by providing ways for clients to find lending options by state and learn about C-PACE funding options through successful project examples.
It was important to elevate PLG as an approachable industry leader with a website experience designed to encapsulate PLG’s refined brand image “Real People/Real Capital.”

Evolving an Established Brand
The homepage welcomes users to PLG’s new brand, with moving pictures, an interactive map to find financing by state, access to successful project transactions, and C-PACE qualifying improvements content.
This is the second MadeDaily website for PLG, we are lucky to have been their partner and website platform of choice from their inception.
Showcasing Real People / Real Capital
We leveraged the MadeDaily stories engine to showcase PLG’s experience – with transaction posts, compelling case studies, testimonials, insights, and expert team bios.
The MadeDaily stories engine powers articles, blogs, stories, bios – whatever content you need. Each story collection can have a separate summary view with multiple detail views and stories can be organized by categories, with each category displayed on your page.
Navigating C-PACE Complexities
With C-PACE programs varying across 50 states, PLG faced the daunting task of communicating this information to customers. We developed an interactive map with content-specific state pages. This intuitive functionality enhances the user experience and reinforces PLG's commitment to transparency and accessibility.

Maintaining a Core Sales Strategy
For PLG, tailoring a financing package specific to the client’s needs requires care from quote to close. To find leads, and track prospects, we used a MadeDaily Hubspot form integration. Leads are captured in a branded page and fed directly into PLG’s Hubspot database.
